Our Offering

4 steps

From our offices in Amsterdam and Singapore, we offer the following 4 steps for organisational change programmes:

  • Analyse the current and preferred situation
  • Translation of strategy into approach
  • Implementation, coordination and communication
  • Guarantee of implementation and initiation of continuous improvement of operational management

Analyse the current and preferred situation

In order to gain an insight into our client's operational management, we start with an analysis of the existing situation and the desired outcome. The focus of the analysis differs from project to project. It could be on future scenarios, on risks, or on a current process model. We always conduct our analysis in close collaboration with the client.

Translation of strategy into approach

We translate analysis and strategic choices into a practical approach. In doing so, we ensure structure, measurability and planning. The typical outcomes of this phase are an operating model, a business case, and a roadmap.

Implementation, coordination and communication

Our involvement does not end with devising a solution. We also implement that solution: define requirements, detail process flows, set up a training and migration approach. We implement and manage projects and programmes to achieve the agreed result. On time and within budget.

Safeguarding and improving

Following implementation, we monitor whether everything keeps running to plan. It is not always necessary to introduce drastic changes to processes. With clever methodologies and techniques, we ensure improved efficiency. At the same time, we reduce costs that are often hidden within ingrained working methods.
